Stitch Lab LA is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality embroidery names and company logos to match our high-quality medical wear.
The embroidery process is outlined below:
Embroidered items are not returnable.
Once you have completed the online order process, we will conduct all further communication with you via email and phone. If you have any questions regarding your embroidery order, please call us at 877.469.4652 or email at [email protected].
The Process
To begin, we need to collect some information from you:
- If you are requesting an embroidered company logo, please email us a digital file of your logo so we can create a digital embroidery file. We accept .ai or .jpeg files.
- We follow standard sizing for the logo which is 4” wide.
- Logo colors: We will match your colors as closely as possible and can provide you with a fabric sample if you desire. This can be photographed or sent to you for review and approval.
- For names, please provide all individual names, properly spelled, with all noted capitals and punctuation.
- For orders with logos please expect 5-7 business days for review and approval. Once all items are approved, please allow for an additional 7-10 business days. This does not include shipping.
Fees
- Digitize Logo to Electronic Embroidery File (One Time) – $65.00
- Fabric Sample of Logo/Name – FedEx for Review $25.00
- Logo Application – Per Area $25.00
- Name Application – Per Area (Up To 3 Lines) $25.00
Text Embroidery
We offer 2 font styles: Script and Block.
